Dear guests, welcome!

We would like to acquaint you with the house rules to ensure your stay in our house is pleasant, and for any additional information, please feel free to contact us.

  • Accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • Earlier check-in and later check-out are possible if the accommodation is available and agreed upon with the host in advance.
  • Guests are responsible for their belongings and valuables left in the house, and the owner is not liable for any loss.
  • Please close the entrance door when you are inside the house, and when leaving the house, be sure to lock the doors and windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, stove...) and shut off the water.
  • The owner of this property has the right, in the absence of guests, under special circumstances, to enter the house to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guest of their entry in the first subsequent contact.
  • The use of the sauna, hot tub, and pool is at your own risk. Always keep an eye on children. The use of the sauna is not recommended for children under 16 years of age.
  • The use of the children's playground is at your own risk. Always supervise children!
  • It is strictly prohibited to bring food and drinks into the sauna, hot tub, and pool area. Only designated plastic cups may be used around the pool and hot tub. In the event that a glass cup breaks in the pool or hot tub, the host has the right to charge for cleaning, complete drainage, and refilling with water, which is necessary to ensure the pool can be used again and is safe for all guests.
  • It is strictly prohibited to destroy furniture and equipment, cause disturbances, or especially create noise between 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • The amenities of the vacation home may only be used by persons who are duly registered as guests, and the host may, upon request from the guest, approve any visits at a specified time.
  • Bringing weapons, explosives, or flammable materials into the house, as well as the use of open flames, except in the designated area – barbecue area, is not allowed.
  • The introduction of animals or the presence of pets - on request only.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the house!
  • In case of loss or damage to furniture, equipment, devices, or house installations, the guest must immediately inform the host. If the guest is responsible for the loss or damage, they are obliged to compensate the appropriate value.
  • It is strictly prohibited to take out equipment, devices, or furniture (towels, blankets, dishes, or other) from the vacation home.
  • In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the host has the right to cancel further services to the guest.
  • Please hand over your ID card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival for registration with the Tourist Office.
  • You can communicate your comments, requests, and compliments to the host, who is available during working hours from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
